Sleep Packages
Newborns - 12 weeks
For expectant or new parents, we will discuss sleep schedules, sleep environments and what to expect in the coming weeks. This includes 1 initial phone call with 4 emails throughout the first 10 weeks of your little ones life.
Consult $379 - If at this 10 week point your baby is sleeping well and you no longer need a full consult/sleep plan I will refund $200.
12 weeks - 7 years
This begins with an initial questionnaire filled out by you, the caregiver. I will then create a detailed sleep plan, specific for you and your little one, we will then connect in home or over the phone to go through it together. For the next 2 weeks we will have daily contact via email as well as 4 phone calls to be used at our discretion to ensure all of your questions and concerns are answered.

Sleep Packages
Twins or Multiples
This begins with an initial questionnaire filled out by you, the caregiver. I will then create a detailed sleep plan, specific for you and your twins multiples. We will then connect in home or over the phone to go through it together. For the next 2 weeks we will have daily contact via email as well as 4 phone calls to be used at our discretion to ensure all of your questions and concerns are answered.
Consult $400
The 2nd or 3rd child is then half price.
